These are the rules of using Zentro. You sign up, we provide an AI receptionist that answers your calls. You pay £499/month. Either side can cancel any time. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but you remain responsible for your business.
These Terms govern your use of Zentro ("the Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. They apply to business customers only — Zentro is not a consumer service.
Zentro provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers calls, conducts conversations using AI, books appointments and captures enquiries, sends you transcripts and notifications, and integrates with your calendar and CRM. The Service is provided "as is" — AI systems are imperfect.
Our standard subscription is £499 per month, billed monthly in advance. Setup is free. Payment is processed by Stripe. All fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid month if you're not satisfied, for any reason. Details in our Refund Policy.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months outside the 14-day window.
You agree to provide accurate business information, inform your customers where required by law that calls may be answered by AI and recorded, comply with UK GDPR and PECR, not use the Service for unlawful purposes, and verify the leads and bookings the Service generates.
You must not use Zentro for unsolicited marketing calls (cold calling) in violation of PECR, fraud, harassment, illegal content, or to interfere with the Service. Breach is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Zentro uses AI, which is inherently imperfect. The AI may misunderstand callers, provide incorrect information if your knowledge base is incomplete, fail on complex queries, or make booking errors. You are responsible for reviewing transcripts and verifying bookings. Do not use Zentro for emergency services, medical advice, legal advice, or situations where errors could cause serious harm.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We are not liable for missed calls or lost business arising from Service unavailability. Do not rely on Zentro as the sole means of receiving urgent communications.
Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, business, or data. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
